Our Cheer Tryout Prep Clinic is designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your upcoming cheerleading tryouts. Whether you're a seasoned cheerleader or new to the sport, our experienced instructors will guide you through the essential skills and techniques you'll need to shine. We'll cover jumps, motions, cheers, chants, and all the other basics, plus help you understand the tryout process and how best to bring all of your skills to the table!

ADULT TUMBLE

Our Adult Tumble class is the most fun workout in town!

Whether you're an experienced tumbler looking to continue practicing your skills or a beginning tumbler looking for an exciting way to work out, our Adult Tumbling class will be a fun and challenging way to improve your fitness and learn new skills!


Your hour will involve a combination of instructor-led drills and individually-paced open gym time, letting you experience one of the best ways to cross train your body, helping you improve your strength, flexibility, and stamina.

BACK HANDSPRING CLINIC

Come learn a new skill at PA!

This clinic is designed for students from beginners to those who have a back handspring but need to perfect their technique. Our experienced coaches will lead athletes through different stations, drills, and exercises that will help develop the strength and body control needed to perform this skill.
