This program challenges students to run, jump, tumble, and roll through exciting obstacle courses as they work on important skills like balance, strength, reflexes, agility, and body awareness. Each and every session is held in a safe, supportive environment where students of all experience levels can find success. We have a great Ninja Warrior setup that can help your child have a blast each and every time they join us.

Lil' Ninja!

Length: 45 Minutes

Ages: 3-5 years

Preparing students for the next level of fitness and agility. The athlete will be introduced to beginner skills that focus on good technique and safety so they can progress successfully. Obstacle course training will be paired with strength training and individual skill drills to develop balance, quickness, and agility on age-appropriate equipment.

Ninja!

Length: 55 Minutes

Ages: 6 years and up

Older ninjas will work through more difficult obstacles and elements for a more rigorous training style. The athlete will be introduced to a variety of skills, focusing on good technique and safety. Obstacle course training will be paired with strength training and individual skill drills to develop balance, quickness, muscle definition, and agility.
